It’s arguable that medicines have never been more vital than right now. During these difficult times, supply chains are working harder than in living history to maintain supply.

The Health House team has worked throughout the Pandemic to ensure our customers can
place and receive their orders.

Many governments around the world, including the UK restrict items for export if there is a greater need or a potential need in their country. Sourcing products has become harder, but not impossible. If our experts at Health House cannot source it, there’s a chance it can’t be sourced.

A large percentage of products are also manufactured overseas. Lockdown restrictions have not only impacted the factories themselves but also further back in the supply chain such as raw material manufacture.

Factory staff themselves have been protected through lockdown, quarantine or furlough measures and freight has been delayed due to reduced flight and sea freight schedules.

Despite this, we’ve maintained continuity of supply for our customers and have been able to
source alternative generic or shorter dated stock in some cases.

We’ve been able to effectively book movement of orders with minimal disruption and will continue to exercise our networks to ensure this continues.

The key to this lies in adaptability of our processes, agility of our team and good communication with our customers. We invite you to talk with us about your needs and challenges and together we will get through this.
